Please read and agree before commissioning me

I will not be responsible for any inconvenience that may occur if you choose not to read the TOS

✦General✦

You must be 18+.

Payments will be taken through PayPal. All payments must be paid in full beforehand.

You may not use a chargeback for whatever reason. Please feel free to contact me for any concerns you may have.

I reserve the right to turn down any commission orders without any explanation or reason.

✦Commission info ✦

Female figures only.

Cute, sexy, pinups and nsfw is preferred but will consider taking on other subjects. No males, furries, backgrounds, Ect. I will not edit existing art of mine. Commissions are open to new art only. You are commissioning me for my style and artistic approach to your character/portrait. Stylistic choices and artistic freedom will be made. Finished piece will not be your reference to a ‘T’.

Prices vary depending on how complex the commission is.

There’s no given deadlines. A piece will take up to 2 months max to be completed unless commission piece has multiple figures, props, ect.

My commissions are based on a slot system. You will get in when you confirm the price. When it’s time to do your commission I will take your payment. If no payment is made I will cancel your commission.

Artwork won’t have a specific size. I use different sizes to fit the artwork’s composition and/or use. If you want a specific size to a piece please let me know before I start your piece. All illustrations will be 300 DPI.

Final piece will be watermarked (my logo). Please do not remove the watermark. Once completed you will receive a folder with a PSD file, PNG file with background and without background.

✦Rights of use✦

I retain all the rights to the illustrations I create for both personal and commercial use. I reserve the rights to post the finished commission to my social media and my portfolio.

My signature will be on all illustrations. Please do not remove it.

For personal use - Please do not alter illustration. Ex changing color, adding elements, ect ect.

Commercial use may alter the image slightly to fit certain products.

Clients may use illustration(s) for banners and icons.

Clients may repost their commission.

♥ Commission for Personal Use ♥

You cannot reproduce, distribute, sell or claim ownership of my artwork . If you would like a print of your commission please let me know and I will print and ship it to you for an extra cost.

♥ Commission for Commercial Use ♥

You will receive royalty-free commercial rights to the piece I create. Total will be based on use of commission. I have the rights to all commercial pieces I produce. Final illustration will have my signature. The listing to the item(s) that have my artwork must credit me in the descriptions. I have the right to turn down this option based on circumstances.

✦Process✦

All Communications will be through email.

Provide as much reference as you can. The more the better. Whether it’s descriptions or images (which is preferred). Add things like body type, lingerie, clothing, hair color, eye color, personality, ect.

After submitting a form I will contact you with a price for your piece.

After confirming the price I will put you on the list. When it's time to do your commission I will send you a PayPal invoice to the email you provided. When payment is made I will begin on the thumbnails. Thumbnails are super fast sketches to give us an idea on how the finished piece would look.

I’ll start refining the thumbnail you’ve chosen to a cleaner sketch.

When the sketch is approved I’ll start on the line work.

Color studies then final colors are added.

Artwork will be sent to your email.

Throughout the process I will send you multiple work in progress photos. If anything needs to be changed after the sketch stage it’ll be an additional cost. This will vary depending on how complex the revision is. Payment must be made before I start the revisions.

✦Refunds✦

If we are unable to make a piece that doesn’t satisfy you refunds are available. Refunds will be based on how far along the commission is. Refunds will NOT be available if the illustration is completed. I may refund commissions at any time. Refunds due to this will be paid in full and accompanied by reason.

TOS and commission form may be edited/changed at any given time.
